Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and uuok9.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the uuok9 platform, including all games, betting markets, financial services, promotional offers, and support services made available at uuok9.bio and any associated mobile or web-based application (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

uuok9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, uuok9 will notify registered account holders via the contact details on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 1. Eligibility Requirements

You must meet all eligibility requirements before creating an account on uuok9.

Access to the uuok9 Platform is restricted. Before registering or using the Platform, you must confirm that you satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions. uuok9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be verified.

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using the Platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded from the Platform or had a uuok9 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are funding your account with money that belongs to you and that has not been obtained through illegal means.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the uuok9 Platform.

When registering an account with uuok9 you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. uuok9 uses the registered mobile number as the primary means of account verification, OTP-based authentication, and password recovery.

• You may hold only one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, uuok9 will close the additional accounts and may withhold any balances pending investigation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity conducted through your account.
• You must notify uuok9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• uuok9 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any other person. Allowing a third party to use your uuok9 account is a material breach of these Terms.

uuok9 will never ask for your full password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you receive a communication claiming to be from uuok9 that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on uuok9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

uuok9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. uuok9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by uuok9 are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions.

uuok9 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as BPL, IPL, and ICC competitions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general bonus terms apply to all uuok9 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• uuok9 reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a bonus where there is evidence that a player has abused the promotion, including collusion, matched betting, or use of automated betting tools.
• Free spins are valid only on the designated game(s) specified in the promotion. Any winnings from free spins may be subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash equivalent value unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

uuok9 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behaviour on the Platform.

The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the uuok9 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance or bonus credits, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

6. Responsible Gaming

uuok9 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all adult players.

uuok9 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides a suite of tools that allow players to manage their own gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered account holders and can be activated directly from the account settings menu without requiring contact with the support team. uuok9 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account registrations across Bangladesh.

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can add to your uuok9 balance. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time reminders — configure a notification to alert you after you have been active on the Platform for a set duration, helping you stay aware of time spent gaming.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to uuok9. A temporary self-exclusion can be set for periods ranging from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the uuok9 Platform is owned by or licensed to uuok9.

All intellectual property on the uuok9 Platform — including but not limited to the uuok9 brand name, logo, website design, software, text content, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional material — is owned by uuok9 or licensed to uuok9 by its content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent from uuok9.

8. Limitation of Liability

uuok9's liability to you is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The uuok9 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While uuok9 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, uuok9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. uuok9 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime, game malfunctions, delayed payment processing, or any force majeure event beyond uuok9's reasonable control, including internet service outages, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, uuok9's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their uuok9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits uuok9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

uuok9 may suspend or close any account that breaches these Terms or poses a risk to the Platform.

uuok9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where it determines that any of the following circumstances apply. Where an account is closed by uuok9 and the player is not found to be in breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus abuse policies.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the timeframe requested by uuok9.
• A player's voluntary request to self-exclude, which uuok9 will process promptly upon receipt.

10. Amendments to These Terms

uuok9 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services or applicable regulations.

When uuok9 makes a material change to these Terms, registered players will be notified by a message delivered to the mobile number or email address associated with their account, or by a prominent notice displayed upon next login. Material changes will not apply retroactively to bets already placed or bonuses already credited before the change came into effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the uuok9 support team.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between you and uuok9 will be handled through the process described in this section.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law as applied by online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact the uuok9 support team in the first instance, providing full details of their complaint. uuok9 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and will aim to resolve the matter within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
